This one of a kind handmade knife has a blade that has been forged entirely from recycled high carbon steels (including salvaged railway tracks and old bandsaw blades) to make this incredibly strong singular piece of Damascus steel. The handle is made from salvaged Tasmanian Blackwood timber. These incredibly durable materials have been transformed into an easy to use, ergonomic kitchen knife that can be utilised to cut up many types of foods. It is not designed to cut through bone. It has a blade length of 140mm and a handle length of 125mm, with a pin for extra support. It has a spine thickness of 2mm and an HRC of approximately 59-60. It has an overall weight of 131grams.
