These incredibly durable materials have been transformed into an easy to use, ergonomic kitchen knife that can be utilised to cut up many types of foods. It is not designed to cut through bone. It has a blade length of 199mm and a handle length of 138mm, with a pin for extra support. It has a spine thickness of 2.5mm and an HRC of approximately 59-60. It has an overall weight of 188grams.
