This nimble pairing wand has been hand forged entirely from recycled high carbon steel. It possesses a timber handle crafted from salvaged Tasmanian Huon pine and Blackwood timber. These incredibly durable materials have been transformed into a nimble pairing knife, great for the kitchen or to bring on camping adventures to aid in meal prep. It has a blade length of 105mm and a handle length of 140mm. It has a spine thickness of 2mm and an HRC of approximately 59-60.

This knife is made of high carbon steel, therefore it will naturally patina when exposed to moisture. To keep your knife in its best condition; hand wash your knife after use, dry your knife directly after washing, apply some food grade mineral oil to your knife after drying.
