This nimble pairing wand has been hand forged entirely from recycled high carbon steel. It possesses a timber handle crafted from salvaged Tasmanian Sassafras and Myrtle Beech timber. These incredibly durable materials have been transformed into a nimble pairing knife, great for the kitchen or to bring on camping adventures to aid in meal prep or whittling timber. It has a blade length of 75mm and a handle length of 130mm. It has a spine thickness of 1.5mm and an HRC of approximately 59-60.

This knife is made of high carbon steel, therefore it will naturally patina when exposed to moisture. To keep your knife in its best condition; hand wash your knife after use, dry your knife directly after washing, apply some food grade mineral oil to your knife after drying.

Do not be alarmed when you see the patina forming, a patina will help create a barrier against the formation of rust.
